It increases the efficiency of these officers and improves the overall performance of the enterprise.

This form of organisation makes possible the principle of undivided responsibility and power. Along with this, this form of organisation provides the opportunity of staff specialisation. The officers of the line cadre get expert advice from different experts on different problems.
