PRINCIPLE OF TRAINING
Every type of training must be based on the following basic principles :
(i) Training programs must be based on the fundamental that every individual has distinct choices, skills, ability, speed to learn, aptitude, and other personal characteristics.
(ii) For effective motivation of trainees, suitable incentives must be provided and they should be convinced that training would be beneficial for their career path.
(iii) The need, depth and nature of training to be provided should be worked out from the job analysis.
(iv) The trainees, as well as trainers, should take an active part in the training activities so that all concerned evince genuine interest in the training.
(v) The trainers selected for imparting training should themselves go intensive training at prominent training centers and if they have practical job experience, it would be an additional qualification beneficial to the trainees.
