MEANING OF PLACEMENT
When a final selection is made and employees are properly trained, the step is placement. The principle of the right job for the right man must be next followed while making their placement.

2. It will also reduce the possibility of accidents and industrial conflicts. in reducing the labor
3. It will increase the morale and efficiency of the employees and will also provide them more job satisfaction.
4. It increases the productivity of both the employees and the enterprise.
Thus, the placement of employees is a very important function, which must be seriously taken up by the head of the department or by the supervisor because a little negligence in this process may cause a great loss to the enterprise.
It is rightly said, "Correct placement is in no way less important than planned recruitment. Sometimes an employee showing inefficiency in one department may prove efficient in another department if only the personnel officer can discover his potential.
